Music release services

Preparing audio, seeking track feedback and submitting music are different stages of a release. The catalogue includes mastering, ghost production, Send Promo, record-label submission and Spinnin' Records Talent Pool labels. Compare them by the work you need completed, the material you can supply and the deliverable described for the order.

Search the relevant service family in Services and open View. Short names such as Track or Add track need the accompanying description.

Three stages to review before ordering

Audio preparation

Define the work and the final material.

Mastering requests an unmastered WAV file and describes delivery through a support ticket. Ghost Production describes creating a full track from an idea or reference. Read the audio preparation instructions and confirm the production scope, supplied material, revisions, rights and deliverables with support before commissioning work.

Track feedback and promo

Separate adding a track from the feedback deliverable.

Send Promo is described as email marketing subject to stylistic and quality approval. The description requests artwork, an audio file and track information, and says a report of statistics and any received feedback can be requested. Confirm whether an Add track option is standalone or requires another order.

Submissions and Talent Pool

Distinguish the service from an outside decision.

The label-submission description asks you to contact support by ticket for material approval before ordering. Spinnin' Records Talent Pool options are separate listings. Confirm the deliverable and eligibility requirements for either route. Submission or ranking-related wording does not establish a label deal, guaranteed acceptance or an achieved chart position.

Compare the current conditions

Use View to establish the required audio or information, included work, delivery format, stated timing and total charge. Ask support about unclear revisions, cancellation terms or additional work before submitting. Keep any decision made by a label, DJ or platform separate from the service's own deliverable. Read the Terms before ordering.

From release brief to a service order

  1. Identify the release stage and write a clear brief. Read the listing's requirements and obtain any requested material approval through support before ordering.
  2. Sign in or create an account and add funds if needed. Supply the requested details, check the scope and total, then submit the order.
  3. Follow progress in the dashboard and keep the agreed brief available. If clarification is needed, send support a ticket with the order ID.

Music release service questions

Which audio file or link should I provide?

Follow the selected description. Mastering, production, feedback and submission tasks may request different materials. The public listing name does not specify a file format, transfer method or accepted music link, so clarify missing requirements first.

Can I submit a track without a label contract?

The Send Promo description gives separate information lists for tracks with and without a label contract. Follow the appropriate list, supply the requested files and contact details, and obtain any required material approval before ordering.

Does ordering guarantee a release or label acceptance?

Do not infer those outcomes from submission, feedback or Talent Pool labels. Identify the work the service promises to complete and distinguish it from the separate decisions of reviewers, labels or platform editors.
