Facebook promotion

Explore Facebook services by destination and content format. Whether you are comparing an account-level listing, an individual post or a live broadcast, the useful starting point is the item the order should cover. Review the relevant catalogue section, then check the selected service's own conditions.

Pages, profiles and groups

Check the destination and account type

Facebook categories distinguish Page likes and followers, profiles and groups. Some names also refer to classic Pages, professional profiles or particular layouts. Check that the selected listing covers your actual destination and account type. Where the wording is unclear or outdated, ask support to confirm compatibility before choosing.

Posts, reactions and video

Compare the content format before the metric

Post likes, reactions, comments and shares are listed alongside video and Reels views. Choose the content format first, then the metric you want to order. For reactions or combined video metrics, check the options and quantity definition in View. A Page-level listing should not be selected simply because you are promoting a post published by that Page.

Live broadcasts

Review the requirements for the session you are planning

Live-stream services occupy a separate part of the catalogue, including viewer listings and options labelled as subscriptions. Before using one for an event, confirm the session link, required availability and order scope. Review any scheduling or repeated-session conditions with support when they are not explained in the description.

Compare current conditions

Compare current charges, quantity limits, input requirements and the terms for cancellation or refill where offered. Some Facebook categories use advertising or organic-promotion wording. Those names alone do not establish the delivery method for another listing. Read the selected description and the Terms & Policy, and clarify any campaign requirement before ordering.

From the catalogue to your dashboard

  1. Choose the Facebook destination and service type. Open View and check compatibility with your Page, profile, post, video or live session.
  2. Sign in or create an account and add funds. Enter the requested destination and quantity, then review the total charge before submitting the order.
  3. Follow the order in your dashboard. If something needs attention, send a support ticket with the order ID and a description of the issue.

Facebook service questions

Are Page likes and post likes the same choice?

They are listed as separate service types. Start with whether your order is for the Page or for one published item, then use the link requested by the matching listing. Check followers separately if that is the metric you need.

Can I use a recorded-video service for a live event?

Check the intended scope. The catalogue has distinct video/Reels and live-stream categories. For an event, compare the live listing's requirements and confirm that they fit your broadcast before you place the order.

What if my Page type is not clearly mentioned?

Check the current description for compatibility. If a category refers to a layout or account type that does not clearly match yours, provide support with the destination and service you are considering. Resolve the format before submitting.
